Sectional Flight

Sectional flighting has the same thickness across the flight. It is made from plate steel which is cut from a flat sheet and then formed to the desired size by using a special formula to calculate the right outside diameter, pitch, and inside diameter needed for your application.

Flight can only be 1 pitch in length. It can be made from many different grades of mild steel, AR200, 400, stainless steel, chromium- carbide overlay and many others.
